I lead product design and growth with a hands-on grasp of the entire product lifecycle. 15+ years across fintech, iGaming, esports and now AI.
End-to-end UX strategy, design systems, product ownership, user research and cross-functional leadership. From ambiguous problem to shipped product.
Product strategy, funnel design, monetisation and data-driven iteration. Identifying high-leverage opportunities from existing infrastructure and user data.
Bachelor of IT, Monash University. I prototype in code, not just Figma. I bridge design and engineering as a genuine peer.
15+ years across SaaS, iGaming, fintech, esports, gaming, hospitality, construction, media and now AI. Different industry every time, same approach: understand the user, understand the business, build what connects the two.
I'm the person you bring in to figure out what to build, then actually build it.
Born in Tirana. Raised in Athens. Studied in Melbourne. Building in Berlin. My path was never linear, and that's exactly the point. I've been a graphic designer, creative lead, studio founder, senior product designer, head of design, and now leading product growth at an AI startup. Every role compounded.
The value has always been in range. 15+ years at the intersection of design, technology and business means I can hold a whole product in my head, from the user problem to the interface to the code to the business case. That range matters more in the AI age, not less.
I think in systems, prototype fast, and can actually code. I work shoulder to shoulder with founders on the hard calls. I do my best work when there is no roadmap and the problem is still undefined.
Click any case to expand. Each represents a different dimension of how I work.

rankacy AI has a proprietary model, not a wrapper, trained on millions of real CS2 player data points. The B2C product drives acquisition but needed a durable revenue model. My goal: find and build B2B revenue on existing infrastructure.
AI-powered CS bots with superior realistic player movements drawn from real data. Configurable margins and odds, additional betting markets, game speed adjustments. Designed as white-label B2B for betting operators and tournament providers.
Less screens, more product ideation: identify the product worth building from what the technology could already do, and relate it to client needs and potential. Make the bots more realistic than anything else on the market, player movement, engagement, feel, and carry that into working betting markets with the right data feeds behind them.
The CS bot market has grown 165% in a year and remains underserved, an opportunity we identified early through product discovery. Most bots move stiffly and give operators little control over markets or odds. Ours, trained on real human behaviour, move noticeably more like real players. We have since locked our first clients, with products reaching their first users in controlled environments.

No design system, no consistency, no shared language between design and engineering. Features built reactively from client requests. Every product looked and felt different.
Complete design system from the ground up: design tokens, component library, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, Figma libraries, written documentation and training materials.
Adopted across 6+ core products, with one consistent language shared by design and engineering. We reached prototype-in-meeting velocity, small flows demoed live during stakeholder sessions.
I treated the docs as a product. Usage guidelines and interaction rules allowed the system to outlive my daily involvement, the team could design autonomously.

A blank slate: no UX team or process yet, departments and agencies working in silos, and an audience new to online banking.
Built user personas from scratch. Designed onboarding flows, mobile UX and prototypes tested with real users. Aligned stakeholders across disconnected departments on a single product vision.
Tripled the bank's digital footprint in the launch quarter: online traffic, credit-application conversions and new digital clients, with 1.5M+ transactions through the new channels. The work led directly to two new products, Shtepia Ime and Raiffeisen Youth, and the UX methodology became a case study for multiple Albanian banks.
The bank's departments each had their own needs, systems and priorities, and no habit of building together; syncing them behind one product was half the work. The other half was trust: every onboarding step, every error state, every empty state was a chance to build confidence with an audience trying online banking for the first time.
From graphic designer in Melbourne to leading product design and growth at a Berlin AI startup.
Leading product strategy, design and growth at an AI startup with a proprietary model trained from player data. Owning product discovery, UX and monetisation, identifying and shipping B2B revenue opportunities from existing infrastructure.
Promoted from Senior to Lead to Head of Product Design in 18 months. Led UX strategy, product vision and design execution for scalable esports data platforms. Built the design system from the ground up, drove cross-functional alignment across design, product and engineering, and mentored the design team.
Designed campaigns, digital experiences and live broadcast for a roster of global brands: AOC, Philips, Microsoft Xbox, Riot Games (Prime League, NLC, Star Guardian), Red Bull, Mastercard, Gamescom, Samsung, Telekom, R+V and Sharkmob.
Founded and ran a full-service creative studio delivering branding, web, UI/UX, print and advertising for 20+ clients including Raiffeisen Bank, Red Bull, Lamborghini and Huawei. Launched and grew GameON Albania into the country's first and largest gaming and esports media platform.
Led UX and creative direction for Raiffeisen Bank's digital transformation. No existing team, no playbook. Tripled digital banking footprint Q1 post-launch. Delivered two new product launches.
Print, editorial and advertising design for one of Australia's largest Greek-language publications.
Six years of foundational creative and digital work spanning branding, web design and digital production across client briefs in Australia.
Design, code and product usually live in three different people. I've spent 15+ years making sure they can live in one, not as a party trick, but because the best products come from someone who can hold the whole system in their head.
I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology with a specialisation in Net-centric Computing from Monash University, Melbourne. I've been writing code since my teens. I've shipped web products, prototyped in HTML and CSS, and worked day to day with engineering teams in their own language.
The range spans iGaming and betting platforms, fintech, esports, gaming, hospitality, construction, media and now AI startups. The industries kept changing; the approach never did.
More than "a bit of HTML." I built this portfolio from scratch in code, prototype production-quality interfaces, and read pull requests as easily as design files.
